just part of a great system.a very expensive system but looks great in new kitchen remodel.Watch the videos on the LeGrande website on planning and installation will save you a great deal of time.MY only complaints are they do not offer or place end caps in these units and they do not have a female to female adapter for the mating of units.Had to email them a month ago for end caps and so far have not received them.

These under cabinet "power strips" are only one component of chain together system. There is no where or way to energize them via hard wire. Frustrated when attempting to install them so I went back on-line. It appears the manufacturer sells an "add on" hard wire device but it only comes in white. It does not come in the Platinum color of the actual power strips. I ordered these 2 months before needing them. Now stuck as 30 days has passed and I can not return them. My only option it appears, is to order the hard wire module in White to add on to the Platinum power strips or throw them away as they are useless unless one also order the other components to this system.

We bought several of these for our new remodeled kitchen. But when the electrician came to install, we found that there are missing parts.It turns out this is just ONE piece of a puzzle. Not only that they are not providing everything needed to install this, they are not even mentioning what is missing.This unit NEEDS a POWER unit. Otherwise there is no way to connect power to it.This unit does not have End Caps, the sides are open and it looks ugly.If there is more than one unit, each unit has to have a power unit or a special cable to connect them, and then you have to buy a cover for that cable.What is upsetting is that there is no mention that this is NOT a complete system.I still don’t know what are the minimum pieces required to install one of these units.Sam;

This product is fairly easy to install. I use them in residential new construction and remodels.

You can’t use this without connecting o a wired section. It has slip in electrical connections on each end and no cap. It is meant to have a track on both ends or control box with another track.
