The lights look great. The remote is very nice, it says RF and seems to work better the others I have tried which were only IR. They directions also tell you how to program the remote/lights to be linked up with other sets. The only issue I have had with them is that when turned off, the "power supply" seems to make a high pitched whine noise. If you unplug the USB, it goes away. I'm now trying to see if I can make a "Switched USB port" so that when I want the lights off, I can just cut the power without having to reach around back to plug/unplug the USB all the time.

This is not a bright as expected, still nice though. We are renters and the living rooms walls are a orangish color, I think if they were white the effect would be better. Mine has slipped out of place, and I think I will need to get a second one for a more dramatic effect. I am using this on a 55" screen.

Lights work as described, easy to install, remote is cool, lights can come on when tv is off. My only complaint which is small, the lights aren't the brightest. This makes it difficult to make an even spread if too close to the wall when wall mounted. If stand mounted pulled around 6" out really makes a better spread. For my setup this doesn't work out. Still overall very cool if in a dim room, just not a huge difference when watching tv with lights on.

Product is a 36 inch LED strip capable of being cut to the users need. It does not feel flimsy and other LEd strips and this one has a think rubber like, maybe silicone layer about 1/8 of an inch. I was worried my kids would damage it at first but later realized this product can handle brut like hand strength. It has a moderate strenght adhesive stip on the back to place it where ever one would choose.Realizing this is a USB powered strip appealed to me as I didn't want to connect this to my wall where my computer is as I have many things taking up space there already and this would be another thing to add to it. Tried it at home on my apple and worked great. Brought it to work this morning and enjoyed the modern asthetics it added to my office. Depending on where you place the strip, it will lgive you the lighting you are looking for.This remote is amazing as well as ther are sooo many features and controls as much or little of the effect you are looking for. This is a wow factor for those who come on to my office. I would recommend this product for anyone looking to alter the look of their work station.

Installation is easy and straight forward but the strip is so thick, it makes 90° bends difficult. The adhesive is absolutely useless. My strip falls off after a few hours and I ended up just taking it off entirely even with a clean surface. It looked nice while it lasted.

I was looking for something that would provide some light to my kids room without them having to sleep with the lights on like they currently do. I have tried a little ceiling light projector but my 2 year old is always unplugging it, which makes the room turn dark so they end up turning the room light back on. I just don't understand how they can sleep with it so bright!This has been a great alternative since it is hooked behind the TV because my son cannot mess with it! My husband or I turn it on as we are putting them to bed and then we take the remote to our room. When we check on them before we go to bed we turn it off and the sleep the rest of the night in the dark. As an added bonus, the kids also love all the colors it can change!The LED strips were easy to install and customize to the size we needed. Very happy with this purchase and plan to purchase some to jazz up our downstairs TV as well!

I have purchased several of these from different companies. This bias lighting set is high quality with beautiful colors. I purchased this for a 32" personal TV and it was a little long. Had to do some creative bending and used some clear shipping tape to help anchor the bends. Instructions were included on how to use the remote, but I do not recall anything in the small operating manual about installing the LED strip. Other similar items that I have purchased in the past do state that the strip could be cut to size. The strip does come with 3M adhesive but with no instruction I was not comfortable cutting the LED. This item must be plugged in to an HDMI port. There is no power supply provided. Plugging it in to a spare HDMI port makes it easy to hide the cable and your TV set will power the LED strip perfectly. It works with the TV on or off. Good value for money.

I have repeatedly asked about programming the light strips individually... I purchased 3 separate units for 3 separate rooms. However, all 3 remotes control all 3 units and all rooms have to have the same color lit up... That is highly annoying because my girl wants pink, my boy wants blue I want mine to change colors... These are going back also not to mention, the shop never answers my questions...
