Works Great!
I've been taking this supplement for about a week now, and it has definitely help to suppress my appetite! I try to practice intermittent fasting a few times a week, but some days, it's so difficult to do because my food cravings get out of control. However, since I have been taking this supplement, I've noticed that I don't even feel hungry until my eating window, which is between the hours of 3-6pm. Works great for what I need it to do!

This really works. I used to take another brand, years ago, and when I started working out again, I decided to start using CLA again. I'm very impressed with this product. Faster Results
I love a product that brings results without too much of an effort. I added this CLA to my weight loss program as I prepared for my sister's wedding. Consistent weight loss

Good addition to my fat burning regimen.
