Fantastic Cleaver! Sharp, Heavy Duty, and Well-Made
I recently added the ENOKING 7.5 Inch Hand Forged Meat Cleaver to my kitchen, and it's quickly become one of my most used knives.This cleaver is seriously heavy-duty. Chef Quality Precision
The absolute best high quality butcher for cutting meats with a single hand if your not a chef by occupation and rather avoid any accidents. Precision slices with no effort and a very thick blade, the comfort of the length/weight is all perfect. It looks like an ancient family heirloom.*Tip* I put butcher food grade mineral oil & wax on it every time and wipe off the excess, it's in pristine condition, no blemishes or defects after each use.
