Advanced Design Water Distiller with Smart Technology Grey

I bought the “kettle” type ~$100 model and sent it back after using once as it leaked all over the place. This unit is flawless. With its design, leaking not possible and much easier to clean.

It' s a lemon! Whenever this machine was turned on, my whole house's lamps flicker until the water making cycle completed. We have contacted the vendor for help but got unfriendly and unfruitful response. My wife and I decided to stop using it any more. It is totally a very bad experience.

The cover and internal tank are both supposed to be stainless steel and yet both developed rust in less than 1yr of use. My machine finally stopped working at just a little over 12mo. I wouldn't advise buying this distiller. It's just not durable.

It works just as described. It does take two full cycles to get a gallon of water.

This distiller is great, pretty quite and easy to clean. Unfortunately it causes the lights and power in the house to be very unstable when it is on. Too bad, really the best in class otherwise, but its so bad I'm shopping for another distiller.

I bought this distiller in May 2021 from another seller. But I thought I share it here. It is prizy and comes with only one pitcher. As long as it was working I found it okay. The unit itself still works properly but is not functional without the lid.Nevertheless, a few days back the lid broke apart because the connectors keeping the lid in one piece, all 4 of them rusted and broke apart. Within the lid, almost everything was rusty. It is not made from rust-free steel not even the socket the rubber seal sits in.The machine comes only with one year warranty no matter where you buy it. Be aware you may have a hard time finding replacement parts, and customer service to talk to especially when the warranty has expired. I will go back to the MegaHome distiller for a second unit. No problems there in more than 5 years.

A year later and generating 2 gallons a day for my personal use… And I love it. The water never comes in contact with any plastic inside the machine. And the water comes out tasting sweet.Two tips I can offer one: I use a little ascorbic acid and a little water to clean the leftover deposits… That works really really well.You can buy square shaped charcoal filter packets that are a lot less expensive than the "proprietary ones" for this machine and just fold the corners of the square packets and it will fit just fine into the sliding holder. Hope that helps someone!
