First of all, this has to be the most organized set of bolts, nuts and screws and instructions that I have ever received with anything that has needed assembly. The chairs were well packed as well. They are sturdy, well made and very comfortable. The foot rest is easy to slide in and out - excellent design. The tray for coffee and iPhone or iPad is convenient but the arms are also wide enough to set a beverage on. My only concern about the tray would be if someone put weight on it. It is easy to move down to the side when not in use. I had a bit of trouble with the pins lining up that are used for stability in open position and removed for folding the chairs for storage. Time will tell. I am definitely recommending these chairs to anyone with outdoor space. And the price is very reasonable considering the quality of this chair.

Dr. Jane's review is spot-on. I have no complaints about the product as it is well-made. There are 8 instruction steps which appear to be easy to read and understand but it's understanding the part #'s that is the difficult part. The bolts & screws are labeled on the 2-page instruction sheet but are not labeled in the plastic holder that they come in which made it very difficult to identify which part to use because three of the bolts are the same length as one of the screws but a slightly different gauge size, so minimal that you can't tell the difference between them. My mom employed my 30yr old sister to assist her but sis gave up after 10 minutes. Dad stepped in to help out but it lead to an argument and dad quickly gave up. A handyman neighbor came over for one hour and he couldn't figure it out. I decided to give a go, mom got mad and walked away. I couldn't make sense of the hardware either-we ended up with 6 unused screws and 2 bolts. The only instructional video online is outdated so that was no help. I'm going to take it apart, buy more screws/bolts at the store and try again to put this together. It's a really good quality product, I know my mom will enjoy this once it's put together. The manufacturer should consider labeling the screws in the package so buyers can assemble this product easier. A patio chair with only 8 steps shouldn't take 4 hours to put together (and its still not fully built).

The quality of these chairs are impressive. It wasn’t horrible to put together. Heavy and sturdy is exactly what we wanted. So adorable with attached sliding foot rest and cup holders. Love love love!

I got two chairs of grey color. The color is not the same as on the picture, as you see. Its more like bluish light grey. Will have to paint in darker grey. A little disappointed. I had no chains included for both chair sets and one wrong screw for one chair. I set it up by myself with help of tools my husband provided to me while he was doing other installations in the house. It took a bit of time and muscle pain afterwards, but its ok. The features of this product is all you will need, stable and long-lasting. After collapsing one of the chairs for pretending storage, I had hard time inserting the stabilizing screw back in, so I am not going to do it again. Overall, its good product. Kind of expensive. Will see how long they will last.

We purchased 4 brown chairs and they look great around our fire table. The packaging was very good and arrived without any damage. The chairs were easy to assemble. The instructions were simple and straight forward. The hardware was laid out in a packaged clear tray. (Note to manufacturer-please label screw groups to instructions not screw measurements) I took my time while viewing Tv and I averaged 45 minutes per chair. Not bad for a 71 year old guy. The instructions recommends 2 persons but I did it alone. The chairs were very comfortable in all positions. They are sturdy except for the the multi-function tray when extended in place for usage. Though a little flimsy, we have no reservation in using them. Would have given 5 stars for Sturdiness except for the tray.

The media could not be loaded.  Beautiful design! Very strong and many features. Chair back position is adjustable, has retractable foot rest, has foldable drink tray, and is completely foldable for easy storage. I would deduct 1/2 point for instructions and parts descriptions. Even though pretty easy to assemble, the mfg did not clearly label parts, putting all into one two bags with general description. I was not able to determine with M8 x 60mm bolt they were talking about as one pair had full threads and the other short threads yet instructions simply said m8 x 60mm (tip: save the two short tip 60mm for the front arm attachment, which allows for adjustments). Color and design looks beautiful. It is foldable but super heavy so great for storage, probably not something I would take on road trip.

Chair is a little more narrow than I wanted and instructions aren’t the best but all in all a good purchase. They look good and are quite comfy once assembled. Overall happy 😃
