The package is simple but the product is in good quality. I set them up to control my 2 bed room lights instead of buying philips hue and the hub. If you want to simple try something out but don’t want pay too much, this is it. Works with Alexa as shown in the video.

I was unsure of these to be honest because I always use WeMo but I needed a cheaper option and a lot of reviews said it worked great and they weren't wrong. They were super easy to setup, I dare say even easier than WeMo and I'll be ordering more for sure!!If you have Echo/Alexa and or Google Home or Something like that, these are awesome to make life easier. You can set them for timers but also control them with Alex/G Home etc... The only downside for me was that they don't have sunrise/sunset settings in the timers like Wemo does. I use those a lot and as the sunrise/sunset changes they change automatically.

UPDATE: I would not recommend this product any more. A recent update disclosed the use and access to personal information on your mobile device unrelated to the product itself.The Good: They work!The Bad: Setup is a bit odd. Ignore the instructions that come with it. The "English" is roughly translated and sometimes completely outdated. Just install the app and select electrical outlet. It takes a while. Hold the power button on the side to make it flash and wait.The Ugly: So far nothing yet. The outlets take up space but they aren't too terrible. Just keep them out of site.The Summary: It works with Alexa which is fantastic. "Alexa, turn of my Christmas Lights." Bam! First World awesomeness. My only concern is what others have stated that they stopped working after a while. IF they do I will come back and adjust my review immediately. For now, they work awesome.

I have bought LP Link and Wemo WiFi outlets to use with my Echo devices and was skeptical to try this 2 pack when I saw it on Amazon. But the reviews were all so positive so I went ahead and purchased them. They are fantastic! They are at least equal to or greater than any brand I have! The setup took maybe 2-3 minutes total. Oh yeah and they are at least half the price of the others! Outstanding!

Installation was simple and they have been near flawless for almost a year now. Only once did I have to unplug the outlet and plug it back in to make it work again. I use these with the google home app and the smart life app.My recommendation is to also use these with the IFTTT app to automate turning a light on at sundown, off at bedtime and on again at wake.

These work fine but they are for lower amperage. Make sure that you figure out how much amperage the devices use that you intend on plugging in to it. I use one switch as a remote for my woodshop's air filtration unit and it works just fine, because it draws low amperage. I used the second one in the package for my computer and its peripherals and even though I was just over the amp limit, it killed the switch after a week's usage. It really wasn't forgiving. Otherwise the app and the device work great!

I used this to replace the stacks of dial type timers I have. It took me under 2 minutes to unpack, link to WiFi, and program this device. Great for holiday light timers, yard lights, or any outlet you want to turn on through your phone. It’s rated at 10 amp which is below a normal outlet rating of 15a so I wouldn’t plug a vacuum or high wattage device in to this. Makes a click when it turns on and off and has a colored indicator on the front.

Cheap introduction to a Smart Home. Simply plug in the wall. Plug in your lamp. Load up the app, link the device and name it. Turn on the skill in Alexa and now it can be controlled by voice. I have had external power outages and this maintains the settings. So neat
