Works as it should

Imagine thinking you'll have to toss your laptop because the battery was swollen, then discovered all i needed was this replacement battery, was so easy to install that i replaced by myself and it works perfectly with excellent battery life

Fit and works great

have a nice HP laptop looked like it was going to explode; this battery fit perfectly and works like new!

Maybe they actually sent a used one by mistake? Right out of the box, the printing on the actual battery was so faded/blurred that it couldn't be read. Next, despite perfectly following set-up guidelines (which we are VERY familiar with,) the item would only stay charged for 30-60 mins. Finally, after a few uses, the battery will not even hold a charge for one minute. Again, this is the 5th battery we have installed in various laptops -- all others were perfect; this one is literally garbage. We contacted customer service w/in days of purchase, but they did not immediately offer to refund/replace, and it's not worth an argument, so...our loss.

Purchased in March. I started losing percentage in May, and by August, I had to leave it plugged in constantly. I removed the battery, and it was swollen. Contacted the seller and was sent a replacement. We'll see how the new one holds up.Update: Replacement battery arrived. Just the battery in the box. Not in a plastic bag, no protection. It was already charged to 58%. I plugged it up to charge, and it has only reached 78% in 5 hours. I do not recommend this product.

It is a quality product at an affordable price. Charges fast and works well.
