I'll edit on further experimentation
I havent actually tried it yet so will edit when I have.I have no experience of screen printing so cant tell if the screen should be so flexible. I expected it to be rigid so that might be a mistake on my part rather than a design fault. However it's a good price even if you did want to adapt the screen yourself. Worst scenario the framework is already made.As I am rubbish at woodwork I would buy again just for the framework.I would assume this could be used for paper making also so double dutyI'll try it with my granddaughter at half term and come back x

REFUND REQUIRED
how these look in your pictures did not represent what I recived...I feel I have been duped, I ordered two screens and both are incredibly loose due to being barely stapled together. I added emulsion to them and it was a complete joke, SOOO LOOOSE!!! when I apply pressure to push the emulsion through the screen it stretches for an inch or more, proper lame! When attempting to rinse the screen it fell into pieces, the product feels like it was lazily stapled together by someone with no clue what they are doing.

Well made, exactly what you'd need
Very well made screen. It's actually made for an up to A3 print, so it's larger than A3 which is great. Nice solid screen. I haven't used it yet but I'm delighted with it, packaged well too. Cool product. Highly likely I'll order more, especially if it 'burns' well, which I'm sure it will.

A4 just the right size
Did not want too big or too small so these are perfect. I can have 2 -3 different designs on the one frame which is a saving or just one big one.

Just what I've been looking for
I have used this screen for 4 years now (although not regularly - just now and again) to print onto T shirts and tote bags as gifts and for myself. Works well giving quite a fine print, and I have found it to be durable and easily washable. I kept the cardboard and packaging it came in, and use it to keep the screen flat when I'm not using it and to stop tears / things stretching the silk. It has stayed nice and taught over the last 4 years.

Better just making yourself
After the first one didn't arrive they sent out a replacement, no quibbles but on arrival it is not of the standar I would have expected. The mesh needs reattached as one side is loose and not tightened properly and there is a mark on the mesh. One of the staples at the other end is hanging out and the wood is untreated. Not one for writing negative reviews but generally disappointed with the general quality. The mesh apart from the small mark is of good quality however.

Very efficient frame in a useful size
This works just fine. I have successfully screen printed leaf shapes and delighted with the result. The mesh is just right, strong enough and easy to scrape the paint along. It's just the right size for my sort of projects at the moment. The wooden frame is now covered in paint, in spite of immediate washing after use. I think I probably ought to have gone for one with an aluminium frame, although it doesn't really matter about the paint on the frame.

Mesh too loose
I was very disappointed to see how loose the mesh was, you can tell by the picture that the tension on it is not even. The product image does not represent what I've got, it does not show that the mesh is stapled to the frame.I didn't even try to apply emulsion on the screen, I just returned it.
