Worth buying but you can achieve it by counting calories

didnt do it for me!!
These tablets did not help me at all. They didn't help me burn extra fat or as an aide for weight lose. They gave me a very upset stomach a bowl and I experienced a lot of sleep deprivation. Since Ive stopped taking them I am back to normal

Waste of money!
I got these having read rave reviews about how good they are. Trust me - all they do is give you wind and make you visit the loo to empty your bowels a few times a day. You get stomach ache but don't really lose weight!

Hmm..
Not sure if they really work.. They do give you a bit of energy bust but keeping the times is a bit of a pain as i often forgot to take it before 3pm.. Would I buy it again? Probably not.
