It's okay for a budget "LG washer"
Well, I currently purchased this washer back in October 2023, and, machine is okay, the direct drive motor is exactly the same as found in the LG, I can tell by the noise that it does sound exactly the same as an LG washer, even quieter, I love how this machine have a proper self balance, and is super quiet, and the vibration noise is even lower and it is super gentle on the clothes, i love the "honeycomb structure" on the drum creating a gentle care to the clothes, however this machine's program features are causing the machine to act "stupid". For example, if I set the spin speed of this machine to 1400rpm, it doesn't always spin at 1400, sometimes it stops at 800, 1000, which I may need to reset the program again, and most importantly, it takes a lot of water and uses a lot of electricity sometimes and does not use the detergent properly.I would recommend this machine if you are going on a budget, however, if you are able to spend more, go for the LG washer one at a time, because this Machine is just an LG-clone washer at a budget price.
