Who knew!?
Super delicious! Slightly dry for a summer sausage, but it has a unique flavor! Like if a turducken was venison, pork, and rabbit (which tastes almost the same as chicken). A nice blend of meats usually killed by hunting, but killed by car doesn't have much difference in being shot/butchered, If we're talking about meat. Strange how this isn't as common as it should be.

this is some of the best sausage I have ever tasted. got one for Christmas and HAD to buy another and found it on amazon! if you like game meat you will love this and with no gamy taste to it!
