Seems good so far , not quite a warm as it seemed to suggest but very comfortable to wear and warm enough!Size /fit is good and true to UK sizing

The body length is very good, so it stays tucked in. Sleeves are good with a comfortable cuff. Mountain warehouse clothing is good value for money and this top reflects that. Sizing is good and true so I didn't need to get a bigger size. I stay comfortable all day as the material has good wicking ability. I have bought several of these in different colours over the years as the material maintains its shape even after many washes as they haven't shrunk. Unlike me who has.They are colour fast, so they haven't faded. So all in all, that's why I keep buying them. Highly recommended.

Had a BLK one like this 2 yr ago. There not real thick but have some warmth and are very comfortable to wear and wash well. In the cold weather I wear under a top or over my pyjama top for a little more warmth. Pauline Hants

Good quality ! Easy to wash ! Good value for the money

Honestly can’t fault this top. I was using them as a long sleeved t-shirt whilst wait training outdoors in my garden during the winter nights. I’m actually shocked at how well they wear. For such lightweight material they do very well at keeping your body heat in, I also like how they are lightweight in a comfortable non-clingy way, and and not see-through as the material is fabricated very well together. I have even worn one of these out under a suit jacket. They have both practical use and fit very well for smart casual dress wear too. The added bonus is that they wash very well. So far I have washed them half a dozen times and they have kept shape.All round excellent top, very soft to touch, true to size, with some stretch and great at keeping you both cool without any other layers worn and great at keeping you warm with added layers.

I was hoping this item would be thicker and a bit heavier. The quality isn't bad but I'm not entirely certain that this will be very warm or warm at all, as when I blew gently through the fabric, I could feel my cold breath on the other side on my hand. The size looks good though.

I bought this because I'm spending more time working from home an I'm too tight to put the heating on. I already own some Polycotton and Merino wool garments. Its noticeably thinner than cheap polycotton, but its a better fit. In terms of warmth it sits between merino wool and cotton. Remember though that this is a base layer rather than the whole deal. It does not feel particularly warm on its own.It looks robust. You can't tumble dry this but it air drys more quickly than cotton and holds its shape. you could pack loads of these on a trip and scrunch them up and take up very little space or weight. Overall I'm pleased. For warmth I would prefer Merino wool but for taking on a trip this scores.Edit:- after a year, I find myself reaching for this one instead of Merino wool because the wool gets itchy overtime. Its slightly looser fit traps air and retains heat.
