Bitter Chemical Flavor Profile
I tried both the Rosso and Bianco versions of this. Unlike the Rosso, which made a reasonable NA substitute for sweet vermouth, the Bianco is horrific. It is nowhere near a dry vermouth, and has a very bitter, almost astringent flavor, with a chemical aftertaste. The Rosso I blended 50/50 with sweet vermouth for a decent blend with 50% less alcohol. The Bianco, However, went down the drain.

Tastes like Chai and Grape Juice mixed
I tried a sip straight to see how the flavor was and it wasn’t horrible but it tasted like chai tea and grape juice. I used this to make a martini and it did not mix well with the ingredients at all. I know this is a low alcohol substitute but I still used it with vodka so it wouldn’t be as much liquor as a normal drink. I have a full bottle that I am going to try to make drinks with but I’m unsure if I should just throw it out.

really bad
really bad taste. it was sour and sweet and vermouth is not supposed to be like that. I tried that and didn't even finish a glass, a friend of mine tried it and said it's a "horrible juice". The whole bottle went right down the drain. I do not know how this gotten so much good reviews.
