Quality of the product
This tent, for a few dollars more, was far superior to a Shelter Logic (of equal size) that I purchased in the past. The gauge of the tubing is heavier, the tubing is larger and longer (less pieces to assemble). Super well built, it has the locking buttons that snap in place and prevents pieces from moving. The steel cable reinforcement is terrific and makes the whole assembly very strong. Well written manual. Even the ropes to anchor it down where already cut to length. They even included two pairs of cut proof gloves. I can't enough about this product.

Was good until it wasn’t. “Warranty” is a joke!
I bought 2 of these and at first I loved them. The rope that came with carports dry rotted in the sun less than 2 months in and stakes that came from manufacturer were poor quality so I upgraded both of these. I secured each carport with heavy duty j-hook rebar ground stakes in each leg, concrete blocks and tie-out ropes attached to screw in ground anchors. All summer they were great.Unfortunately after less than 6 months, I came outside to find one of the carports completely destroyed. Metal joints were warped and twisted and over half the pieces were not salvageable. I remembered I chose these because they advertised being wind resistant and having an awesome warranty- I pulled up listing and it states: “Lifetime warranty for connectors, pegs, ropes, elastics, etc. 1 year warranty for covers and poles” - However when I contacted the seller they said that ANY ‘weather damage’ is NOT covered by warranty (even though it does not state this in the description) and they offered me a $30 discount to buy another one.I declined since learning these are not as sturdy as I thought and that the ‘warranty’ is a joke. Clearly these are not built to last and I do not recommend unless you are looking for a short-term canopy only.
