These do not provide compression, butt lift, or sculpting in any way. They are just super soft and stretchy shorts. They are very comfortable and lightweight.

Q: When working out..are you constantly having to pull the short legs down?

No! I'm 5'10, 220 and I got the XL. They are soft, got great, don't ride up or fall down. These are the best biker shorts I've owned

Q: Can you get them all in one color

The order I placed gave me choices of 3 different color schemes.. I did see same color packs but maybe not the same seller.. hope this helps.
