First Expansion in a Great Line
I got C&C:A for Christmas and loved it so much I immediately picked up this first expansion.The Command and Colors: Ancients method of battle is phenomenally easy and truly allows battles to be completed within an hour, regardless of scale.The outlines of historic battles add a lot of flavor and in truth drove up the desire for the product to begin with. Trying to overcome the historic turnouts can be a challenge, but is not impossible. The cards you draw to allow unit activation and maneuvering certainly do have an impact on play.Trying to figure out if I am going to pick up all the expansions or not. The 2+3 box is currently on backorder at GMT, pending the latest P500 drive. Should come available next quarter sometime.I certainly enjoy the game and hope others who may not consider themselves "wargamers" give it a try.

Command and Colors games are the best
I like all of the Command & Colors games. Changing the blocks to painted minatures makes it even better.It is extra expense, but worth it in the end.
