Make the investment. your butt will thank you
I upgraded to this chair from a store bought La-Z-Boy and oh man! the difference is night and day. I am at my desk for 8-10 hours a day and after 3 weeks, I can tell you that this is one of the best investments I've made to my studio. This thing is comfortable and can be adjusted easily to fit several different tasks I usually do. You also dont have to build this chair which makes it easier to get going. Literally comes prebuilt. I'm only 5'6 and it adjusts down low enough that my legs are level. It will go really high too so huge range of bodies would fit it.Last thing. It looks amazing. Like seriously, this thing is beautiful.Mine did come with a broken lever to adjust the arm height (I'm sure from poor shipping handling) but the seller immediately sent me not just 1 but 2 brand new arms for it. Gotta love it when a seller sticks the landing like that.

Perfect after some modifications
My DXRacer chair broke after 8 years so I figured this would be a nice upgrade. However, I have been using a headrest for years and couldn’t sit comfortably on this chair. Until I got the headrest from Atlas Headrest, then it’s so much better. Another issue I was having was the gap between the back and the seat. I’m 6 feet tall and have to move the seat all the way out resulting in the huge gap in the back, which made me feel like I was falling off in the back. I put an old headrest from my old chair in the gap so I can’t feel the gap anymore. Other than these two things, the chair is perfect. Very very comfortable. The seat was kind of hard at first, but softened significantly after a week.

This chair is amazing. Super comfortable and keeps my back aligned through the entire work day. Bought a second one.

Fantastic Back Legitimately Frustrating Seat
This chair was supposed to be the one. The back is the best I’ve used & I’ve used all the premium competitors at this point. The seat though, is anger inducing if you’re taller. You’ll have to extend the seat depth, & you’ll get a very large seat gap. When you sit in the chair you’ll just be sitting on the back edge of the seat, horrible…If the chair was longer & better implemented for adjustments it’d be the chair to get. It’s ironic cause the back is higher which is good for tall people but the chair seems almost certainly for shorter lighter folks. Honestly disappointed with this one..

Great chair
After having it, the struggle to find the best chair is over. It’s everything I’ve been looking for and I love it, came fully assembled, lumbar support is absolutely great. It’s comfortable, armrest is fully adjustable.

Comfortable, some downsides
I've been driving this chair daily for 4 weeks, anywhere from 2-6 hours a day. This has taken over as my chair at my desk permanently. Before, I used a no name $150 chair I got from amazon a couple years prior.I am 5'10" and 140lbs. I got the chair with digital mesh and without the lumbar support. Here's the things I have an issue with. The back tension adjustment is awkward to use. The spot its in is right in line where the right arm rest is, so you have to get your arm either under or over the arm rest and twist it around to adjust. Not the biggest deal but I feel like a slight adjustment in its placement would be amazing. Second, I wish there was some sort of sign or feedback when you are moving the adjustment around so you knew if it was gaining or losing tension and how much. I dont have the direction I need to move it around memorized and I feel like I need to make multiple adjustments until its right every time I adjust it because you just spin this handle with no feedback at all.At this pricepoint, I don't see any excuse for the majority of the chair base being plastic. There's no give in the plastic, but I would expect metal here. Now for the good stuff. This came fully built. Small thing but not having to spend 30-45 minutes on assembly is a win.Armrests: I watched a ton of reviews before getting this. I disagree that the armrest feel wobbly at full extension. There's some play, but its not significant and no more than I would expect at full extension. I leave these at half extension. The armrest adjustments are great. Decent amount of adjustments can be made front to back as well as left to right. The left to right movements adjust the top and bottom anchor points. The armrest themselves are stiffer, but I don't find them uncomfortable at all with extended usage.Back: The digital mesh is pretty comfortable. I do think I like full mesh more if only for the breathability, but its not bad. I don't get any snags on my shirts like I've seen in reviews. I grabbed a small pillow to try and mimic the lumbar support since I chose to not get it, but I ended up removing it and really appreciate the support that is naturally in the back. I read a ton that people found the lumbar way too aggressive, and I don't regret my decision now. My back feels fantastic with hours of usage in this.Seat: Theres a decent amount of play front to back to adjust for your body size. I leave it fully extended and its perfect for me. If you were any taller, this would probably be uncomfortable. I read that it feels like you are falling out of the seat at certain heights. When I move the seat in more, I get that feeling but with it extended it feels great. I also find the seat itself extremely comfortable after long sessions. I haven't felt like I was bottoming out the cushion at all.The rest: Build quality, despite mostly being plastic, feels great. Nothing creaks or moans when moving. I don't feel any play in the chair parts at all. The casters feel like good casters but I dont have a good comparison here. They glide very smoothly on both low ply carpet and hardwood.

Comfortable
I have recently updated my review. I have initially given 1 rating because the chair arrived with one caster missing. When you buy such an expensive chair you expect some basic quality check. That annoyed me a lot. But after contacting the company, they send me the missing caster in couple of days. The chair is comfortable. I am updating my review to 4 star from the initial 1 star review I gave. Cannot give 5 stars because of them sending the chair without doing some quality checks..
