Abramtek Bluetooth mini speaker
The Abramtek Mini Bluetooth speaker was my first experience with a Bluetooth appliance of any kind. It is extremely easy to link the Abramtek Bluetooth speaker to the iPhone. Simply turn on the Bluetooth mode on the iPhone. Turn on the Bluetooth speaker and the iPhone will immediately look for it and link up with it.The good things about the Abramtek Bluetooth speaker is that it is portable, easy to use, inexpensive and has relatively good sound.The problems are that the speaker sound adjustment is on the bottom or underside of the device and gets way too loud very easily.Also there is really no indication of when to charge it and it does not come with an adapter.I wanted the ambramtek speaker for the convenience of being wireless, and to use as sound therapy for severe tinnitus. Since it gets intolerably loud very easily I could not use it and wound up sending it back. Amazon provides free shipping for returns that are packaged properly and returned on time.

To read the directions, break-out a magnifying glass. Come on manufacturers, give us a break with the small print!Regardless of my vision acuity, I was able to learn the functions needed for my purposes. First was listening to YouTube music videos and OMG!! The base, even at reasonable volume vibrated the dinette on my RV. And the sound, as I listened to all or portions of a number of my favorites was as good as it gets, all things being equal -- considering I do not consider myself to have an outstanding sense of sound or gift of comparing various forms. All I can say is it exceeded my expectations of quality of sound. Then, I connected it to my Galaxy S5 Android phone and it took a little more time to work through the directions to have it operate. The sound is good, perhaps very good, but not as good as through my laptop. Perhaps that's an unfair comparison, but work your way up the scale from the cell phone to the laptop as opposed to the way I did it.Is the sound acceptable? It is, for me, well-beyond 'acceptable'. I'm not complaining and I have a feeling neither will the average user of simple tastes. If one's tastes move in more sophisticated aisles, you'd be in the market for something more expensive and bigger. But mine is for the confines of an RV and use when traveling down the road and wind and engine roar of a V-10 tends to make listening to a speaker-less laptop dicey. Next, I suppose is to try it out listening to podcasts of just talk or lectures and not music. I have a feeling it will do just fine.5 stars is for exceeding expectations, quality of sound, the bass mentioned above, flexibility in ways it is compatible with various devices and its appearance. It is solid, looks good and yes, a little bit heavier than anticipated due to its metal construction -- but don't worry about busting a gut, its just that I expected traditional plastic these days. It also comes with a small, net-style carrying bag. I don't know if a hard case is required, but I suppose I will find out and one could always be ordered.The speaker connects via USB to a laptop and audio cable to a cell phone. It picked-up FM in a limited market for FM stations and the sound was good. It is also Blue Tooth compatible, per the instructions: "Only Bluetooth phones or Bluetooth adapters, which support AZDP function can build the connection successfully." If Blue tooth connectivity is the reason getting this speaker, check first whether your cell phone pares with this speaker.I also appreciated the feedback when I typed in a question and short turn-around in getting a response.

This sound is awesome! I was going to purchase one like my husband has but it cost 99.00 so instead I thought I would try this one reading reviews. Well it has not disappointed, clear, crisp sound, and loud! Would Recommend the purchase for anyone needing something smaller and portable!

Big product in a small box.
This connected to my iphone with bluetooth. I really love it, very good speaker adjusting volume with phone. I got it to use with GPS. Great with my online radio.

small yet powerful; easy to use; excellent sound quality
This is a very cool bluetooth speaker. I own three bluetooth speakers and this one is the best. It is small (size of a fist) yet powerful with high sound quality. Very simple to use: easy to pair; easy to adjust volume; and easy to switch to radio and mp3 modes. I am thinking about buying two more so my two daughters can each have one.
