great scooter
I purchased the black and blue scooters for my soon to be 5 year olds. They have them now almost a week and love riding them. Took a little learning how to turn, but overall i am super pleased with them and the quality. Much sturdier than other scooters we have been seeing in the neighborhood. Only thing is the folding, it takes some strength to pull the handlebar thing up when opening and closing, not sure that part is too kid friendly but at least i know it wont go collapsing on them, safety first 🤣🤣

Great Customer Service
We purchased one of these for our older son who loved riding his. We thought why not get another for our youngest. We wanted to get a scooter that was going to be great for a beginner, but also something they would be able to grow into. There were a lot of similar scooters available, However Greentest had great reviews on customer service and that is something that is very important to my wife and I.Fast forward a few months. I know kids can be tough on toys, but they had been riding their scooters a ton. Unfortunately the break pad on the back broke off. When we reached out to customer service requesting a replacement break pad if possible. Vicky responded within a couple of hours. She asked that we send a picture, which we did, and quickly was told that we would gladly send out a spare. Today the spare arrived, but it was not just the break pad; They sent us a whole new scooter. This all took place within a couple of days.It so great to find a company that values their customer's and goes above and beyond to establish long lasting relationships. Thank you Vicky for all of your help!!!

Nice scooter, kid loves it.
The media could not be loaded. This is a nice scooter, my 5-year-old loves it. We walk every day to school, and now it is fun. It is easy to assemble, easy to fold. My kid loves that the lights in the wheels. It is firm and stable. Only the handle bar is metal, the deck is plastic. Sometimes I think the deck is too close to the floor, but it does the work. Kids will enjoy it.

great customer service when there was an issue
I originally gave the scooter 2 stars because (see below) handlebar broke right away. However, customer service was great and sent a new one. I will update again after some time if the new one holds up better. So far, so good. Hopefully it was just a fluke. Another update: I bought my daughters ages 7 & 9 two scooters of another brand because they were the desired colors pink and purple... but my girls insist they like their brothers scooter better and I’m returning theirs because my girls want the faster turning wheels, the lower and wider deck that this one has... if only this scooter came in colors I would just order two more! My boys actually prefer the black color so for my son this is actually a plus.Original review: Handlebar broke on the first day. This was a birthday gift to a child with special needs that wears a prosthetic leg and is not able to ride a bike. He needed a 3-wheel stable scooter to ride so I thought this might do the trick. I hope it was a fluke and that others will not have the same issue. It also took some getting used to due to leaning to turn instead of steering. The light-up wheels definitely impressed him.

I remain impressed.
My son has one of the same model that’s years old. He really flies on it. It’s sturdy as all get out. We do miles at a time on it. After years of hard use, one wheel stoped lighting, but that’s to be expected. Now that his sister and cousin are of age, I ordered two for them. Seems to be the same quality product. I see some issues in other reviews and I certainly am not naive enough to think all production runs are of equal quality or without their flaws. We will see with these new ones. But, so far, it seems the same great product.

My son loves his scooter!
My 6 year old loves his new scooter. He already knew how to ride one, so he had no trouble at all getting on and going his merry way. The scooter comes in two parts so set up was soo easy. It folds for storage or travel, and the light up wheels? We love them, they add extra fun to the scooter, it does have a break that does get hot to the touch when used, but my son knows to be careful not to touch it with anything other than his shoes. NOTE: THIS SCOOTER TURNS BY LEANING TO THE LEFT OR RIGHT, THE HANDLES DO NOT TURN. It’s what my son actually loves the scooter for. The scooter looks well made.Update 10/17/24: We still have this scooter, the wheels still light up. The scooter has not had extensive use per se, but it’s being used non the less, I had another baby boy in 2021 and now he rides it and loves it.

Snapped in half in less than a year
We really loved this scooter when we first got it for our son's 5th birthday in October 2021. He used it for a few months before the winter season started and it was perfect. When spring rolled around in 2022 we took it out of storage for him to use again. To our surprise in June he was ridding it around the neighborhood when it suddenly snapped in half. Our son is only 5 years old and less than 50 lbs which is well under the weight limit for the scooter. We couldn't believe that in a few short months of use it broke clean in half with no way to repair it. Extremely disappointed in the durability of the scooter for the price we paid.
