Damage
My daughter has just opened his present for her birthday and the paint is scratched off

Item broke
When opening the box there was a part that was on top that was visible it had snapped but the piece it had been snapped off was at the bottom of the box. Clear to see that it had been snapped when being put into the packaging and they had left it on top.The pram itself is beautiful and very good quality just a shame about the part that is snapped

The washers for the back wheeels
Opened today as a Christmas present for my daughter and it didn't come with the washers to stop the back wheels moving

Arrived with several scratches on frame.
The pram is very good quality & sturdy, however it arrived with several scratches on the chassis. The external packaging was not damaged so the pram must have already been damaged before it was packaged up. I was a bit disappointed considering it was £199! I didn’t have time to return it, wait for a refund & then buy it again as it was needed for a birthday present. I contacted Amazon via chat & was refunded £39.80 in relation to the damage instead of returning it. Going off other reviews it looks like a common issue- perhaps the seller should look into better quality control!
