This tool is horrible. The knife blade of this product is so fragile that the blade of the blade goes out as soon as it gives a little strength from the wood, and the sides of the triangle blade are cut into pieces. This can not be sculpted. I wasted money. I bought garbage with my money. If I lived in the US I would have given a refund immediately. However, I have to buy overseas and it is troublesome to refund. It can not be used for wax carving. This is because the blade is not correctly trimmed.

GREAT SET FOR TRYING A VARIETY OF CARVING KNIVESThis is a wood carving chisel knife set by BMT Tools that comes in a plastic storage case and has 12 different knivesThe handles are made of lightweight wood and are flat on two sides which keeps them from rolling around or rolling off the table. There isn't branding or writing on the handles. The tips are very sharp and sharpen up even more with a stone. They are made of an alloy steel. I got it these for my son who is wood carving for a Boy Scout merit badge. ( I realized I could use this set for carving linoleum, which I haven't tried yet.) He's been having fun trying his hand at carving and trying various types of knives for different effects. He's wearing gloves for a some protection from cuts. Once he completes his project, I'll take a photo of it.

Blades are not sharp, I didn't expect master tools at that price but would not buy it again

do not stay sharp long
These will be fine if you are carving pumpkins or soap, possible soft wood. Not very useful for hardwood. They need re-honed or sharpened often.
