Too hard on head
I was suffering with neck and back pain, I tried lot of pillows , thought of trying this as well but this too disappointed, even though they say cool memory gel foam still it feels so hard on my head when I sleep, I get headaches and neckpain when I wake up.

Either its duplicate or quality has been reduced.
Product is small in size. I have ordered same product 6 months back, its dimensions was bigger than this product, also quality was better. This seems to be some cheap copy. Also its not giving relaxation that prior product used to give.
