Eternity Home Recliner Massage Lift Chair with Heated Function, Orange

I recently bought this expensive product and it's a reclining chair and it's wonderful but Iused the massagr one day and it does not work anymore. What can I do, I am 87 years old and I need the massager for my aching back. I paid a lot of money for this necessity and now is useless. It does not work. I need the massager very badly. I hoped this could solve my problem and now I am very disappointed paying for something useless. How can you help me?
