Easy to use
Very easy instructions on how to mould to your teeth. Would suggest using just one to start with as takes time to get used to them (I am using to stop nightime grinding of teeth).

they aren't long enough , so they don't reach back to your back teeth. It's like the larger size is for a child and the smaller size for a very very young child. What about making them to fit adults?

My first one dissolved before I tried to mould it. Then the second didn't mould to my mouth at all so I cant use it.
