Ordered at lunchtime and arrived before dinner! Initially chose this because of the same day delivery not knowing what to expect in terms of quality, but I can safely say the quality exceeds expectations, delivering well above the price point. In fact, I would go as far to say that they seem to be a better quality than the ones my PT uses.They come carefully boxed, complete with a carry case and even a welcome card with exercise guides as a bonus.Wouldn’t hesitate to order again although I can’t see them needing to be replaced for a while!Eagerly awaiting more products in the lineup…..

I’ve been wanting to change my fitness regime, and resistance bands is the change I needed and there is some nice attention to detail with what I’ve bought.The quality of the product is great. But also the hand grips is exactly what I was looking for having used bands without them, I know they are essential.They have also designed the website for the product, and on the website there are exercise guides for using the bands as well as full exercise workout routines.But the extra kit like the hand grips, travel bag, and the door support make this the complete kit and price is very good for what you get.I’ve included a few pics of the unboxing too.

So many exercises you can do with these bands and you can take them anywhere! Great quality that you know will last. Various exercises you can do. Great that you can access videos to get some workout ideas. Highly recommend

This is a great training set. As someone who spends a lot of time working away from home, staying in hotel rooms, I’ve got to say I really like this kit. There is a large weight range to choose from regarding the tension of the bands and when I can’t get to the gym this is more than enough to cover the exercise program I follow.

As someone over 70 I was quite worried to try something new. These bands are amazing. They have different resistance weights so I started on the easiest one. Great result, great product, great price.
