Lightweight, dries fast, great velcro tabs
Overall, we love these mesh hockey socks! We purchased these for our son who is 6 years old and plays mites hockey. Now that it is summer, he does day-long hockey camps every week day, then has practices on Tuesday nights, clinics on Thursday nights, and scrimmages on Saturdays. Needless to say, he is getting frequent ice time. I bought these mesh hockey socks because I was hoping that they would dry quickly, since I am washing his hockey gear nightly and need it dry by morning (I hang dry rather than use a dryer, since the materials are synthetic.) I am pleasantly surprised at how fast these sock dry. They are very nice and lightweight. The velcro tabs are perfect for us, because we use the compression jock shorts with corresponding velcro tabs, and find that we never need to use tape to keep his socks up (waste of money and landfill space). I think really there's only one minor drawback to these socks--durability. We noticed the knees wearing thin within just a few days of use, and eventually it created a hole/run in the material. This might be resolved on future versions by incorporating a reinforced knee? Given the durability issue, the price seemed a little steep considering the issue started after wearing the socks only a few times. That's why I had to give 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, though, we love the product, would/will buy again, would recommend to a friend, and would love to see a new and improved version with a reinforced knee in the future. Also, shortly after our purchase, we received a personal email from the company asking how we liked the product. Nice touch!

Good Product, Fair Price
Fit as expected and good quality for an off-brand product. Will buy again for next season.

These are good quality, but as others have stated they do run large. I'm 6'1 205 and got the xl....the large would have been better.

Great socks. Much better than the name brand ones!
These socks have been great for my son. They are much more durable than a similar name brand sock made of same material. You can tell when holding them that they are very durable especially for an off brand. Actually the durability is much greater than the name brand by far. 5 stars for the quality, durability and fit! Best hockey sock he has ever owned!

Working well after 1 season
Work really well, super long so there is plenty to work with if you are tall like me. Fabric is still fine after one full season without any problems

Top opening is kind tight
Great material. The top elastic opening is tighter than the old hockey socks my son loved. He would prefer it to be not as tight. He is 11, 4'9", and size M fits him well.

Good socks.
Good socks for the price. So far they have held up against the ice. Not a fan of the elastic band in the thigh area, but that could be for years of wearing knit socks.
