Lightweight, easy to pack, and the battery actually lasts. Couldn’t ask for more on the road

I’ll be returning this device. Though it turned on and “activated,” and had a SIM card, and was sold by Verizon, it would not connect to any cell tower in my area, including the one about three blocks away. My Verizon phone had strong cell service, but this JetPack got nothing. I spent about 3 hours trying to work through all the support systems offered by Verizon, but nothing provided any help. The Verizon website doesn’t even indicate that this model is one that Verizon offers or supports. It was a waste of time, very frustrating.

This got me through in a pinch! I work from home, live in the sticks, and need stable internet. It was easy to set up - I did need to call Verizon.. but it works great!

Unit has an ethernet port which can only be enabled manually after external power is applied, or re-applied. If external power is lost with the ethernet port enabled, then re-applied, the ethernet port does not re-enable. You must manually re-enable the ethernet port. That it can't remember that the ethernet port should be re-enabled when external power is re-applied is a design flaw. Extremely inconvenient for my application.

It works but the plans are very high and not recommended.

I turned it on and got 5g immediately. What’s not to like.

Product not working, I had to wait almost 3 days for activation and I still couldn’t got connected, I had to return this product and got a better one from the Verizon store.

verizon only supports this product up to 60gb per month then nerfs it into a state of unusability. when i asked why, they hung up on me.
