It’s a great chair
I got this chair for my son’s birthday and he is loving it. The build is solid but not bulky or overly heavy. The style is great with a sleek and quality look to match. Being able to let the chair rock or to fix the back into a locked upright position is easy and adds to the comfort. My son spends a lot of his free time gaming but loves the chair for doing everything from gaming to homework at his desk, so it has worked out for all of his desk chair needs. He does like to lay back and rest on it with the foot extension too, so that’s a great feature. The one issue I had was with the lumbar cushion that came with permanent imprints in it due to packaging that looks to have shifted in shipment. The cushion essentially had permanent noticeable dents in it from sitting in the box with the chair parts pressing on it. I contacted the seller and they sent me a new cushion very quickly and in time to have it for the birthday. That’s unusual in this day, so I have to call out this Great customer service! Thank you for a great chair for the price.

Great chair -- no regrets
I'm a gamer, but I bought this chair for my home office, not for gaming. (I have a sofa for that). My wife and I moved into a new home two years ago, and I intentionally went very cheap on office furniture at first because it wasn't a priority. For the past couple of years I had been using a $50 office chair that I picked up from Costco -- I think it may have been banned in Mexico which is why it was so cheap in the US. Small, rickety, and generally uncomfortable, but hey I could sit in it and work on my computer so whatever. Needless to say I regretted this decision when my company went to "work from home" this spring. Finally I decided to replace it with a legit chair. After a little research, I settled on the Dowinx and boy was this a good choice.Assembly was very easy and took me probably 30 minutes by myself. Ironically I assembled the chair while I was in a Zoom meeting with my camera turned off.The chair itself is pretty stable with just a slight wobble where the seat connects to the lift cannister, pretty much like every other office chair I've ever had. Otherwise everything about it is perfect. The back is nice and firm without being too firm. The headrest is there if I want it, but it's not intrusive. The seat is comfortable but not overly soft. Overall, I would describe the level of cushioning as minimalist, which is exactly what I prefer. For context, I am 6'2" and 165 lbs. This chair fits me very well. The armrests are just the right width apart. The seat is slightly wider than what I need, but it's fine. The back feels like it fits my contours perfectly. In an ideal world, the leg-rest would be about 6-12 inches longer, but then it would probably have stability problems. As it is, the footrest is okay. I did not buy this chair to be a living room recliner, and the footrest is perfectly functional considering how you're likely to use this. I will add that the chair feels quite stable when I recline and stretch out with the foot-rest extended. The faux leather looks nice and sets this chair apart from other gaming chairs in the looks department. It's not going to look as sophisticated as a full grain leather executive chair, but it's gaming chair so why would you expect otherwise. What I appreciate is that the color I chose (grey) doesn't have anything loud or ostentatious. I feel like I'm getting the comfort of a racing-style chair while still maintaining a reasonably professional look.My only word of warning is that this chair is probably not a good choice if you are in the "big and tall" category. If I were any taller, the foot-rest would be useless. This chair can definitely handle people wider than me, but if you're worried about width then this is probably not the chair for you. Otherwise is it great.

Overall good chair. Better than what I was actually expecting.
This is one of the more expensive "gaming chairs", not the most expensive, but you can find some for about half the price. If you get it on sale, I would recommend it. Overall it is a very comfortable chair to sit in for a few hours of gaming. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that there are some areas with room for improvement: I like the footrest idea, but unless you are shorter than 5'6", it really is not a great design. I am 6' tall, and the footrest ends up at about mid-calf range, which is not the most comfortable, I still end up needing something to rest my feet on. The armrests could be a little wider, with a little more cushion, maybe a little more ergonomically designed for the gamer, especially if you're gaming with a controller. I do however like the idea of the hinge aspect of the armrests, so they move back with you when you recline. Another thing I noticed (mostly due to my height again), is the neck/head pillow height. I find when I am sitting in the chair, that pillow actually ends up at my shoulders, and I can adjust it to where I need it, but as soon as I move it falls back to it's normal resting place, and I have to readjust every time I sit back down, so a nice improvement would be to see multiple slots for mounting that to accommodate a wider range of gamers more comfortably. The vibrating lumbar support cushion is a nice touch, it can help a little bit if you're getting some tension in your lower back, but it produces quite a loud buzzing sound, so often I don't use it, because it's just too distracting. The seat cushion is my favorite part of the chair, it's actually very nice and easy to sit on for long periods. The seat always tends to be the problem part of a chair for me, it's hard to find one comfortable for me to spend any time in without soreness. The long flat cushion spreads out your weight nicely, so there are no pressure points like your tailbone or in your thighs that end up hurting due to excessive pressure on that area. So, all in all, it's a decent mid range gaming chair, room for improvement definitely, particularly if you're an above average height gamer, but mostly a good solid chair, that is worth the money if you can get it for less than full price.

No more back pain, unique colour, and great customer experience!
DL;DR- Excellent chair!!!- lots of support and good ergonomics- adjustable lumbar support, foot rest, head rest, and back tilt- no more back pain!- customer service is fast, responsive, and looked after a minor issue right away- different colour than most gaming chairs- did I mention super comfy?Things to be aware of:- arms tilt with chair but are not separately adjustable- probably best suited for tall users (I'm 6'/182cm and ~200lbs/90kg)- creaks a little bit after a few weeks, but nothing majorThis was a great find! I was having horrible back pain on my old chair a few months into working from home. The colour was a huge bonus! I didn't want to settle for plain black, and my partner would have hated it if I got a typical black + primary colour gaming chair lol.Customer service was excellent! Minor issue with my initial order was cleared up with a quick email to their customer service team, and everything was cleared up at no additional cost to me!Highly recommend the quality of the chair, mid-range price point, and great service!

good feel
The feel and comfort for the chair is nice. The legs where a little hard to assemble (took a little force). the chair is made for someone that is not a bigger person. I am just able to fit into it, but it is still a nice feel. The lumbar support is nice, especially the massage function (it is a little loud though). the reason it is not a five star is because the chair is a little small for my ass.
