You will not be disappointed!
I must admit that when I received the brush, I was disappointed because it felt so light...I thought to myself that I had definately wasted my money....there was no way it could be good! I was so wrong!!!! I received the brush on May 30, 2018 and followed the charging instructions. Today is June 10th and I have not had the need to charge it again (and I use it every morning and every night). It does a great job in removing make up and just a bit of face soap will do the job. I want to highly recommend this brush to someone who has been searching for a while and perhaps have spent so much on more expensive brushes only to be right back where they started. Trust me....buy it today!

LADIES THIS IS A GAME CHANGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I'VE ALWAYS WANTED ONE BUT NEVER LIKED SOME OF THE PRICES IN STORE AND DIDN'T WANT ONE WITH BATTERIES THIS HERE HAS DEFINITELY CHANGED MY PROCESS ON MAKE UP REMOVING AT THE END AMAZINGLY HELPED ME REMOVE ALL MY MAKE UP I NORMALLY WASH MY FACE THAN USE A COTTON PAD AND LIKE 2-3 TIMES A NIGHT TILL ITS CLEAN TO REMOVE ANY LEFT OVER MAKE UP, BUT THIS RITE HERE REMOVED IT ALL I USED A PAD WITH SOME WHICH HAZEL AND TEA TREE OIL I MIXED AT HOME AND OMG THE PAD WAS SO CLEAN I HAD NO LEFT OVER MAKE UP ON THE COTTON PAD IDK BU TIM AMAZED THE 2 SPEEDS ARE OKAY I USED THE FASTER SPEED WISH IT HAD ONE IN THE MIDDLE BUT NOT BAD FOR THE PRICE NOT BAD AT ALL RECEIVED IT IN LIKE 2 WEEKS (also uploaded a video hopefully it gets uploaded) hope this is helpful

Does the job but..
It does the job but a few things I'm not a fan of: no indicator when it's charging/fully charged. I plug it in but there's nothing to say when it's done so when this eventually craps out I won't know if it's the power source or not. Also. It comes with a holding station which is nice but it would be great if you were able to charge it while it was on the holding base. Design is a little sloppy. Next time I'll splurge for a better model but this will do for now.

Broken
The sponge like head deteriorated after 2 uses and one wash of light use.I had 2 other heads so I used those, right up until it stopped working all together. I have used this product generally speaking and charged after each use. 2 months of use until it broke.Will not charge and will not work.

Rusted
Worked well when it worked. Unfortunately, the rubber tab wasn't enough to keep moisture out, and the condensation in my bathroom rusted the charging port despite being completely closed. I don't know if I first got a dud, but I don't really want to spend the money to find out. It works well enough as a manual facial brush now.

Disappointing. Don't waste your money.
I was excited to find a smaller lightweight facial cleansing brush. Initially I was very happy with it however after 5 weeks use it died. It works minimally if plugged in. Otherwise nothing. :( **update now it does not work even plugged in. Wasted my money.

Bad battery life
It was great at first and i like that it was rechargeable, but after the first few months it stopped charging like it need to and the battery life got shorter and shorter until it finally just quit.

Love her
It’s not like my acne disappeared because of this buuutt... it definitely looks a lot better now! Now I feel gross if I find that I have to use my hands. I’ve had it for a month and since the first test charge, the battery hasn’t run out and I forgot it had to be charged overall.
