TV Antenna, Advanced 50-100 Miles Range Digital HDTV Antenna with Detachable Amplifier-Super Thin for 0.02" Satellite TV Antenna(with UL Certificate)

VERY easy to set up...and I am pretty dense. Right now, I am getting 20 channels, which is fine as it's just in my bedroom to watch the local news, etc. For the price, you can't beat it. The picture quality is really good as well. It was raining very heavily this morning and no snow or anything.

I was going to send it back because on first installation only about 2 channels came in without breaking up. About a week latter I was going to disconnect it and send it back I tried it out and about 30 channels came in clear so I am keeping it I guess the tv didn't recognize it right away give it a chance

I bought this to replace a set of broken rabbit ears. It gets the same number of channels (my old antenna was touted best type of rabbit ears), however, I love that it is clear and I can lay it flat or hang it up on the wall. I'm not a big tv watcher, so it meets my needs and is definitely better than those ugly, old-fashioned ears. Considering the fact that I live in an urban area (Balto-Wash), but on the side of a wooded hill, with multiple radio towers surrounding me, I say they do a good job. I will get anywhere between 7 to 13 local channels, depending on a wide variety of factors. If you know anything about wave propagation, I'm fortunate to get that many channels without a rooftop antenna. Depending on the weather and time of day, I will have to move the antenna a bit, or reprogram the tv to pick up stations, so it is just about the same, maybe a little better than the rabbit ears. It certainly was a good price and much nicer looking!

Great reception and very straight forward and easy set up. This arrives with everything needed to install it and have it up and working in just minutes the coax is more than long enough to get the antenna where it worked best for us. We bought this primarily to use in our travel trailer but decided to hook it up to our home set just to see how well it would work and I'm very impressed we get the broadcast network channels and some premium channels all in HD. We know when we are traveling there are going to be resorts and campgrounds with limited or no wifi so we wanted something that would allow to see at least the news and weather this is the answer we were looking for this is a inside antenna that's easy to move and place making it a very useful piece of our TV system when travelling and with the cost of cable and satellite services going up so fast it's also a great option for our home. This is a plug and play unit it can be installed directly to any T.V. with a coax cable hook up to a dvd player or any other device capable of a cable hookup it only took a few minutes to get it set up and working we're getting another one for our Daughter who's wanting to cut out her cable because of the high costs.

Hi. I live 15 minutes away from Boston, MA. I received 25 channels with good image quality. The image of the additional 15 channels weren't very good and kept going off signal very often. I also noticed that most of the channels were of tv shows from the 1960's black and white movies. I'm more into watching more current tv programs so I find these outdated tv programs boring.I didnt receive any of the channels stated in the description of this item. I was disappointed as some of my favorite shows were in those networks. This is why I specifically bought this antenna.When I used the amplifier I noticed that I didn't received any channels. Once I disconnected the amplifier all the channels came through.This antenna is easy to set up. I placed this antenna on the window.Hope my review helps you buy or not buy this product. Please consider that the channels I received with this antenna may be different for you, since it all depends on how close you are to a tower and landscape.

50 miles? Not even close. Additional channels? Not I have tried this antenna at both of our houses. Both have multiple towers within 15 miles. We receive 4 channels, same as if we did not have this antenna and stayed with our free digital indoor tv top antenna received when US went digital air wave. The only benefit of this antenna is it is slim and can stick to a window and not clutter up the entertainment center.

I am not sure if it is where I live. I had a hard time getting it to locate channels for me. I almost lost hope and was ready to send it back. Instead, I went out and purchased an extension cable, so that I can put it in a window facing North of my room. It works really well if you place it on the bedroom window instead of on the table top or on the wall, it will not work for me if it is simply on the wall, like the information said to do, or placing it flat next to the television, it did not work for me. It was so much better to place it in the window. I'm keeping it and am satisfied with this product, it beat the contraption that my boyfriend bought for the front room, which is always messing up all the channels on bad weather days, and the antenna is out on the roof top, it was bent back from the storm we had and mine kept working like a pro!!!

I realize now I will need an outdoor HDTV antenna and any indoor version will most likely be inadequate. The product does work, but after doing the initial channel scan I only was able to view 2 channels. One crystal clear, the other had some snow. I tried different locations and had the same result. I do not think the range is as advertised. I have towers under 50 miles from my location and I can't pull them in. This would be perfect for someone in the city or close to television towers. I gave it 2 starts since it did pull up a couple of stations. I may end up returning this if I decide to get the outdoor antenna with longer range capability. I do not recommend this for anyone close to or on the edge of the recommended miles/distance.
