very bad
product arrived, instructions were clear. but item stopped working after about a month. plus item never made exhaust shoot flames like a flamethrower even after getting my car tuned to push out more fuel. once i contacted them the first to either get a replacement or refund, they never got back to me. i then contacted them a second time, they responded 2 or 3 times then stopped responding. emailed them a third time and same thing happened.
