I spend a lot of time on the computer and was suffering from seriously bad headaches and my eyes hurt all of the time. I don't know how these work, but they do! Will be ordering more as I. don't ever want to be without a pair. I like the blue ones as they are easier to see on my desk and I tend to lose the black ones.

These are trendy blueblockers and a nice option for sitting in front of the computer. They seem a little larger than the measurements; but still a nice option. Great quality for the price, and comfortable to wear all day.

The glasses are for computers only. They are tented for the use of computers. They are not very strong if youneed others. I use a 3.25 strong reading glasses that also tented for computers. your choice.

Nice glasses comes with blue light flashlight and a cleaning cloth. Also a card to check that the blue light is really being blocked from the glasses.
