Wonderful product. I have been wanting one of these since I saw them on TV. My makeup brushes were disgusting and this helps me clean them off. I use a brush cleaning soap with this product to really get them clean, but it works. It took me a little bit to understand how to work it because I did not read the directions. Also, the product does not come with batteries so it is important to make sure you have AAA at home. Overall, I am very pleased and recommend it to others.

Came missing a piece
Came missing the rubber neck that prevents splashing. I have started a return and will buy another one to see if it happens again. I was excited to try this.
