DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT
The media could not be loaded. We bought this sink in the first week of October and installed on 29 th October. Just Two months later there is leakage everywhere. I have attached a video for reference.The hose and parts are of very poor quality.The problem with such sink is you don't get the parts easily, I have been searching for one month now.The spindle needs to be changed, all the hose attachments are rusted within a month. They don't have any service personnel number.The only remedy suggested by local plumber is to replace, but for that I have to change the whole cabinet, granite and a new sink.I got trapped, I hope you don't.

Non Compatible, Less Water Flow, Tedious Installation
It is a Third Class Non Compatible Product. First of all don't expect any customer support neither from Amazon nor from Seller. There is no pressure in water flow. Plus installation is tedious....plus the tap bottom has a leakage issue. Ultimately you will end up changing the main water tap.

It has a major manufacturing defect
The media could not be loaded. The product is defective. Water is leaking from day1 and I have tried to get it from multiple plumbers but nobody has been able to fix it. It is a manufacturing defect and the manufacturer is least bothered to support. Better to go for a branded sink from a store vendor. Amazon should not host such high cost low quality products.
