If you have never distilled your water before you will be in for a shock when you see the “leftovers” in your drinking water!!!Value: This is our second Water Lovers Distiller; the first one lasted less than 2 years. They are not made in USA so parts or repairs don’t make financial sense since you’d be paying more for shipping to and from Australia than to get a new one. So this time we bought the 4 year warranty and are hoping we never need to implement it. The appearance and size of the Water Lovers was appealing but the main attraction for me is its stainless steel reservoir, and cooling coils and a glass pitcher instead of plastic, since my goal is to reduce particles in my water.Use: We use this in our RV and it fits well in the space we have and is easy to fill and move where you need it. It takes about 3-4 hours to distill the picture of water, slightly less than a gallon. There is a fan noise while running, but it’s not obnoxious as long as you’re not right next to it. It does put off some heat, so while it’s running we move it to areas that affect us less; such as bedroom in the day and living room at night.For cleaning, I keep a spray bottle of vinegar and apply to all areas of the stainless steel reservoir while it’s still on the warm side, put the lid back on and wait 30 minutes or so. I may need to spray a second time and use a stainless steel scratcher if we are in areas with really hard water.

I love this water distiller a lot. Bought a second one. First one last a couple years, but this one last only 5 months. Just stop working. So frustrating and upsetting. I want this distiller to work.

💦I NOW ONLY DRINK THIS WATER AND OUT OF GLASS CONTAINERS. I DRINK MORE WATER NOW THAN I EVER HAVE AND I KNOW THIS WATER IS SAFE TO DRINK. IT GETS OUT EVERYTHING THAT SHOULDN'T BE THERE AND IT TASTE FABULOUS!💦 IT DOES TAKE A BIT OF EFFORT. LIKE THE ELECTRIC BILL WILL BE JUST A BIT MORE. AND THE KITCHEN WILL BE WARMER THAN USUAL, IN WINTER THAT'S A MAJOR PLUS! CLEANING IT TAKES A MINUTE BUT IS NOT A HASSLE AT ALL.💦

Ive been using this water distiller for the past almost 4 months and it just stopped working. Super disappointing.

Beautiful Machine, some issues can take place with unit and the shipper will take care of you 1000% that's a lot star right there. The only thing problematic is either it won't turn on after a 10 20 cycles or even after opening it brand new.The boil over probe in the reservoir is very sensitive and if you just gently rub it will turn on or slightly turn the silicone sleeve will turn on after it not turning on. The manual doesn't share this fyi

This is a great distiller. Made very well.

I purchased my machine on January 22, 2024, it's now March 22, 2025 and the machine has started to turn off intermittently. Sometimes it stops a few seconds after I turn it on, sometimes it turns off after a few minutes, sometimes when the cycle is halfway. This product comes with a 12 month warranty and I'm at 14 months. I had a Vevor that cost a fraction of the price of the MKII and lasted for years. For the price of the MKII I would have expected it to last considerably longer than it has. Now I'm stuck with a $400 distiller that only works sometimes. btw...finding a customer service number for MKII is virtually impossible. I believe they are located in Lithuania. I agreed with all of the 5 star reviews for about a year, now not so much. This is extremely disappointing. Buyer beware.
