I needed this to build up the strength in my hand after a injury . Being able to adjust the squeezing pressure was important , and this has that ability ! Plus it has a built in counter so I could do other things and not have to sit there counting !!! Quality is very good , design is great , and the low price is perfect !!!!

I had a basic version of these grip exercisers as a teen, but it wasn’t adjustable and I quickly outgrew it. Having started lifting again, having an adjustable set is perfect. Easy dial to adjust, sturdy, comfortable in my relatively large hands.

Basic hand gripper to help with my carpal tunnel. I like how this one come with a ticker vs the old school one I used to own and even comes with an adjustable weight knob. Does it job.

Not much to say on this one, it works as expected.Nicely made, fairly good quality. The top Dial works fine for adjusting tension, I didn't measure for accuracy but really it's not a big deal as the purpose is to give you a scale for progress, eh? ;)Exposed spring, so be careful when using it, if you have a 3D printer you could make a cover for the spring if it bothers you. The exposed spring is the reason it's not a 5 star, but this is the standard in this price range.The double pack is a better bargain.To reset the counter you push in on the dial at the end of the larger arm. Then turn clockwise to reset to zero.A good pair for 'gripers' for a decent price.

The force regulator on one of the hand grips does not work, it just does not turn
