Good, no complaints.
It's a tablet and I'm taking it along with serrapetase for anti arterial plaque. Will it limit the growth of plaque or even reduce it? Who knows, hence the reason for the dropped star. Otherwise no complaints regarding the product itself.

Didn't help aliviate any of my chest pain. And I tried a very high dose.
