TOMSMen's Carlo Sneaker

My son is very fussy about shoes as his feet are broad and its difficult to get a good fit. He's admitted these are comfortable and he wants to keep.

Tried the 7.5 normally I am around 7-8 but as I have a similar pair just different brand I stuck with 7.5, I found the end to be too tight and was pinching the sides of my foot, too much to think they would loosen with time so had to return.I did manage to get a pair of size 8 but from else where and can say they are very comfy to wear, the foam insole is nice and spongy, I've had shoes before with foam insoles and you can barely tell its there, with these I noticed it more.The overall quality of the shoe is really nice.Grip was ok but did feel a bit slippy on a typical pub toilet floor. This is the only reason for loosing a star.For the quality of shoe I would but again and the price is reasonable.

Good colour and fit well

I expected these to be on the large side both from my experience of trying on other Tom's shoes in the past and from a review which described them as oversized and "clown territory". In fact they were true to size and have a silhouette that is on the fitted side. There is nothing large about them and they look good.The build quality and canvas of the upper seems very good. The insole is a thin cushion material but that unfortunately disguises a very thin outsole. Taking the insole out and pressing the outsole from either side I was able to feel that it was extremely thin. I would not want to walk in any distance in these trainers.It's a shame that the design is so nice yet the practical purpose of the shoe is let down by the outsole. I would rather pay more for decent quality all round. Three stars as they actually look good and might be OK for people who want them for the warmer weather but won't be walking long distances in them.

Very good quality and fit but a little expensive

This is most comfortable shoes I have ever had.

The sizing on the listing is UK size, however if like me you have an existing pair, the size inside the shoe is US size.That all said, great shoes that look great and are comfy as can be!

This is my third pair over 4 years and I wear them constantly. They always seem very tight at first but quickly mould around your feet. There are probably more durable alternatives but, for the price, I have no hesitation at all in recommending these shoes and, hey!, I get a brand new pair every 18 months!

Price was great and the insoles are super comfortable. Bit annoying to put on but i like them overall

Shoes are two sizes too big.

It looks very nice and is comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone looking to buy sneakers. You wouldn’t regret it!
