Love the watch, started loosing time after a couple of months
This is truly a beautiful watch, I absolutely love the design, texture, colors, just blissful for my taste, the 24hr single hand is unique feature I loved, and I've been looking for a watch like this in my dreams for a long time, the watch kept perfect time for the first couple of months, yesterday it started drifting after adjusting it for a different time zone, I followed the instructions to-the-word, read all the documents that were in the box when I opened it and I was very careful to crank the hand ONLY clockwise and never turn it counter clock wise, after the time adjustment it began loosing several minutes per hour, will replace the battery and contact customer support, if this fixes it, I will increase my rating, 1 star because it doesn't matter how beautiful a watch is if it can't keep the time, its main function!UPDATE:User error, you need to pull the knob until it clicks twice, which I did the first time, but I forgot the second, 4 stars for user friendliness, customer service is responsive, ordered 2 more

Great Customer Service
OK here's the background on this amazing watch.I did have some trouble when I got this watch for my birthday, it didn't work! My wife was super disappointed and wanted to return it immediately, but I talked her into letting me take it to get the battery replaced. Still no JOY! :( When I contacted the seller, directly on their website, at Slow-watch.com I was amazed that they responded extremely quickly, since they are in Germany and I am in the United States and were super helpful in getting a replacement sent to me free of charge.They even told me to hold onto the first, unfortunately defective watch. I figure that it'll come in handy should I ever mar the face or housing of the watch, or the shop damages a screw on the back. Plus now I have a second Leather band.Great Shout out to SLOW WATCHES for their awesome support and amazing product. I am sure defective watches happen and their willingness to help fix the problem FAR outshines that it happened in the first place. Remember this thing it super accurate and has gears that make normal watches look huge!Thanks for the awesome support

Battery issue
Unfortunately, the watch came run out of battery, and it was very difficult to release some screws..however, after the battery replacement it is working well and I must say, it is a gorgeous watch, very particular, and people notice it at a glance

Dead battery
First of all, the beauty of this watch is superb. While trying to set the time, I figured out the battery was completely dead on arrival. After a battery change and setting the time, the watch looks and runs great.
