Challenging build!
I have thoroughly enjoyed assembling this model. It's not perfect but it was a joy to do. The steering could use work and the three stage boom was very difficult to assemble. This is not for a novice, you must have some general knowledge of mechanics and be able to follow direction. I made several mistakes and had to take it apart and put it back together again but that just added to the challenge. This is my second model from this manufacturer but it definately won't be my last. Thank you!!

Don't waste your money!!!!!!!
To start off with the frame is very weak and sags in the middle and rubs the tires. The gears for all the functioning parts are very sloppy and grind. Steering racks on back axles do not stay in place when driving makes it impossible to drive. The telescoping boom gets stuck and breaks gears. When boom is extending it leans so far forward that the gear to spin the boom doesn't touch the turntable gear. Outrigger gears grind and pop. The truck is a total POS. Would definitely not buy this for a kid unless you really want to disappoint them.
