On receiving these one strap wouldn't lock in properly. As I didn't want to wait for a replacement, since my original straps had broken, I unscrewed and replaced the locking mechanism with the working one from the original strap. It seems like there was a size mismatch between the metal plates.

Initial product received did not connect fully to the watch. The metal connectors would not clip into place correctly, and when on did, it was extremely difficult to remove.However, on contacting the company they immediately sent replacements out without even requiring the faulty products returned. These ones fit, although can still be difficult to remove. Although I'd prefer this to them coming loose!The missing star is for the initial product being faulty and the strap being ever so slightly less comfortable than the original Samsung strap. However, for the price the quality seems good and the style is similar to the original Samsung, which is what I wanted.

Product looks great, and feels good on the wrist. However, like some of the other reviews, the straps didn't stay on at first. I found that I had to really push them hard, so they'd properly snap into place. That being said, they are now flush and secure, and makes me wonder if any9ne else had that didn't think they locked, pushed hard enough to secure the body.Worth the money for what it is.

I like the look of the straps hence the two stars. But it won't lock onto the watch. The steps just fall right out. I've pushed them in as hard as I could and they won't stay in. So they're essentially useless to me.

Do not buy this it is a total waste of money and will not fit your watch !
