Not plug & play for me.
My new drive isn't being recognized by Windows 10, 64 bit Pro version. No manual was included, no instructions at all.Windows troubleshooter was not able to solve the problem but did give this error message: Device USB\VID_152D&PID_0578\MSFT3000000000002BD was not migrated due to partial or ambiguous match.A few days later and still no word from seller. Fortunately Amazon is handling the return/refund as they do so well. I don't recommend this device or seller.
