These are fantastic, I brought these for the use to rehabilitate my Grandma who had a stroke. She tossed a lot of usage in the right side of her body, by using these bands daily she is now on the strongest resistance!After seeing how strong these bands were I went and purchased a set for myself! I was quite shocked at just how strong these are! If you put a couple of bands together you get a really hard workout! it becomes really hard to keep going aha.There are so many ways of using these its just a no brainer! if your looking to start working out at home or you have someone in your family who needs a little helping hand these are a great place to start from!

Compared to my previous band this set is a huge improvement. The last one was just a large piece of circular latex, so I had to grip the stretching material and it would pinch as it expanded and retracted in my hands. This set has handles so that problem is immediately solved.Each band has its own resistance levels: Black 30 lbs (13.6kg), green 25lbs (11.3kg), blue 20lbs (9kg), red 15lbs (6.8kg), yellow 10lbs (4.5kg) they can also be used together to multiply the resistance, making your own custom level up to 100 pounds (45kg). The pack includes velcro ankle straps (for leg resistance training), foam pull handles (for upper body resistance training) and a foam door anchor (to trap in door to allow you to do additional work-outs). For storage the latex bands can be curled up like a garden hose, and the hook put through once then clipped to the other to keep it compact and easy to get out next time.A user manual is included with a workout guide. This shows how to set up the door anchor, how to combine the bands to increase the resistance and has a list of workouts for each body area (arms, sholders, chest and legs) along with ‘monster’ workouts which look more intense.Best thing about this purchase for me is it takes very little space to store when not being used as well as the parts not being easy to lose as it can all be kept together in the carry case. Also it can be used anywhere like hotels, lunch breaks at work or around the house. I really feel it intensifies my squats, extensions, curls, flexing which makes me feel the burn much faster. I also love that I can increase the resistance as my fitness improves. In terms of workouts to follow there are 30 day resistance band challenges on video sharing websites.Ultimately this is great as a non impact exercise to increase stamina and strength. Also lighter, cheaper and quicker than free weights. I’d highly recommend getting this set. I have been using this to help with my shoulder injury. Due to an old dislocation of the shoulder my arm has never felt very stable, as a result, I avid training my shoulder with dumbells due to lack of control. This product helps me keep slow steady control allowing me to train my shoulder. by mixing and matching the bands I could dial in the exact load required for the right training. the product comes with multiple different handles and can be used for leg training, bicep curls and chest workouts but I just use it for warming up my shoulder. So far the bands seem very strong and hard wearing I will update If anything happens, the little holding bag is also handy. Its a good exercise product would recommend.

Having trying to get fitter lately, I bought these bands and hoped. I am pretty happy with them. These can allow you to have a traveling gym. You just take the bands with you on a trip, pull them out, and you're ready to workout. Thus far they feel good. I work my arms, legs, and because you can use one or more bands, you can vary the strength of your workouts.There is a handy strap to fit around your door so you can use them up against a wall. I'd check youtube for some videos on resistance band training. Its really useful.

I bought these because I travel a lot and can't always get to a gym - these resistance bands mean i can do my workouts anywhere I go and they come in a small pouch that I can put in my travel bag!Strong enough for most people other than the hulk!

Bought the item recently. I am very pleased with it so far. The rubber bands looks very strong, as well as the carabiner. The foam handles are quite comfortable too. Those resistance bands are worth the price paid and I recommend them

I just bought these so couldn’t comment on the durability but didn’t like the quality of included stripes and grips, specifically I’m not happy with grips as it’s causing friction and damages my skin. I have to buy gloves to solve this problem.
