ViviPet 15° Tilted Platform Pet Feeder_ Solid Pine Stand with Ceramic Bowl for Dog and cat Under 20 lb. pet Bowl Feeder

My package just arrived, and I've got to say it's the most beautifully made Pet Feeder & Cat Bowls I've ever had the pleasure of buying!! It is made of solid pine wood, and is solid as a rock, but not too heavy. It has a very smooth finish, as the wood is treated to resist food & water spills, and is very decorative & modern-looking, as you can see by the picture on Amazon. The White Cat Bowls are very smooth, as well, and have some weight to them, as they are solid ceramic. My 4 yr. old cat, Abby Joy, didn't have a problem adjusting to this Pet Feeder & Cat Bowls Set, and has been successfully eating from them, since the day I put them in place of her other metal feeder & dishes. I also love the fact that the Pet Feeder is tilted 15 degrees, because my cat was having difficulty eating from her regular metal feeder & dishes, that I bought for her, from another company a few years ago. She always had trouble getting to her last few kibbles that were stuck in the crevices of her dish. She always had to stop, and use her paw to pull the last few kibbles towards her mouth, which was frustrating to watch! Now, with this new Pet Feeder & Cat Bowls, she eats just fine, and the table itself is just the right height for her. The packaging of this Pet Feeder & Cat Bowls, was superb! Everything was carefully packaged with bubble wrap, and the Cat Bowls were double wrapped & taped closed, so they wouldn't have a chance of breaking during shipment. And they even enclosed a Silicone Pet Feeder Mat, to set the Pet Feeder on, as a free gift. Since I ordered this Pet Feeder & Cat Bowls on October 29th, and didn't receive it until December 7th, because of a Warehouse problem, this Seller: ViviPet, also sent me a FREE Pet Feeder & Bowls for not cancelling my original order, and for patiently waiting for it to be delivered, as a sign of good faith by this Company! I am Very, Very pleased, overall, with my Pet Feeder & Cat Bowls, and also with the FREE Pet Feeder & Bowls that they sent, as well!! I have since ordered 2 more sets of Orange & Green pet bowls to go with the FREE Pet Feeder that they sent me, so I would have extra bowls in case I broke any of them. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this ViviPet 15 degree Tilted Platform Pet Feeder & White Cat Bowls Set, because it's just the most well-made, perfect addition to my home, cat feeder that I've ever encountered!! It is the last feeder that I will ever have to buy in the future, unless I somehow damage this one, and if that happens, I would definitely buy this Pet Feeder & White Cat Bowls Set, AGAIN!! ViviPet also has an excellent customer service! They constantly kept me informed of how my ordered product was coming together, and when it would be shipped out, and also informed me what was happening in their Warehouse, and why things were taking so long in getting my product out to me. So, I would definitely recommend this ViviPet Company, as well! I would have no problem dealing with them, again. They always kept their word to me, and sent me a wonderful, quality product!!!!!!

I ordered the black stand with blue and pink hand print ceramic bowl set via vivipet's website. It is absolutely adorable and appealing to the owner.My order came and one bowl was broken. I contacted vivipet and they immediately sent me another one at no extra charge. came in about 3 days. I was very pleased.But as stated by another reviewer, the hand print bowls do not fit into the stands as designed. I tried turning it every way possible thinking it was error on my end but it's not. due to it not fitting correctly, it does wobble a bit. also at a tilted angle, you cannot put much water into the bowl. if you lay it flat (not the way it's supposed to fit but the hand print ceramic bowls don't fit the way they're supposed to anyways) then you can fill it up with a good amount of water.our Yorkie puppy is only 2 lbs and 12 weeks old so she is still tiny. it is quite high for her(which I knew before making the purchase) but I'm assuming it will be perfect for her when she is full grown.This product isn't perfect but I still like it a lot and we will be keeping it to use for when she is an adult.

This feeder is great! My cat seems a lot more comfortable while he eats. He used to make multiple trips to his food dish and now he'll spend a good amount of time there before walking away. I'm sure the elevated feeder relieves a lot of stress and pressure on his joints, neck, and spine.The material used is quality and the finish is very polished. It definitely looks and feels worth the price. The customer service is awesome too. Prior to purchasing I sent the company an inquiry and they responded within minutes. Honestly though I was most impressed with the way they packed it! It comes in a decorated box and the inside is completely lined with thick Styrofoam. Everything is sized perfectly so the feeder is very snug. The bowls were diligently wrapped and secured between the base and the top of the feeder to protect them. I know Styrofoam isn't eco-friendly but if they used anything else it would have arrived broken. I'm incredibly happy with my decision to purchase this.

Pros:- Beautiful- Stylish- Good quality- Easy to cleanCons:- Expensive- My cats took about two weeks to adjust to the new height.- I emailed the company asking if it was normal for my cats to take the pebbles out and move them to the floor, and never received a response, which indicated to me a lack of customer service on the part of the company. I wasn't even asking for a refund, just some counseling about my cat's behavior in response to this new dish, and maybe some reassurance that they will eventually adjust. Luckily my cats learned to keep the food in the bowl and eat straight from the bowl after about 2 weeks.- I have NOT noticed improved digestion in my cats, as evidenced by the same exact amount of vomiting from my cats as when they had cheap ceramic bowls sitting on the floor. I really wanted these lifted bowls to serve a purpose instead of just paying a bunch of money for something stylish, so that was disappointing.- I wish it came in a darker stained wood instead of only light-colored wood, black, and white (but that's being nit-picky).

I really love the look of this product, and it appears to have been made with decent quality materials. I do like that the angled design does not strain the cat's neck. However, there are a few drawbacks that you need to be aware of. First, the angled bowl is not suitable for water, because it will barely hold any water. We have two cats, and we are using both of these bowls for dry food, with a separate water bowl on the floor. Second, because of the angle, if you have a messy eater or a quick eater, you are going to get some dry food falling onto the floor. We have one messy cat and he spills about ten to fifteen pieces on the floor every time he eats. Just FYI.
