Product came with a USB to USB cable when the port was USB to DC
When I tried to contact customer case, they seem to have no understanding of the product and asking me to show proof that it requires USB to DC cable. They are asking if there is any thing mentioned in product description about it requires USB to DC cable. If not, she claims that the product shipped was correct.

Not entirely aluminium alloy!
Only top is made of aluminium alloy. The foldable legs are made of plastic and do not give impression of sturdiness. Not stable in certain positions. I doubt it will safely carry 25Kgs weight as claimed. Wish the design was all aluminium.

This will not balance your laptop weight, if you are trying to type it is difficult to do typing, angle adjustment is to wiered. It is not durable
