This was a great deal with the poles. We have used it as a sun shelter/overhang/porch for the front of our tent and it saved the day. Blocks the sun well, ok in a light sprinkle, but not in a sustained rain. Easy to put up, small and lightweight to carry.

Great material looks like its made of a 200D silnylon so strong and lightweight. Would have love to have line-locs to make setup easier.

I used this as an extra rain fly over my family sized tent. It had great water-resistance; we had heavy thunderstorm rain on a couple of occasions and it kept our tent from leaking. (The tent is almost 20 years old and the tent rain fly leaks in heavy rain). However, regardless of what the description says, this is not 7 foot tall. The poles are only 6.5 feet tall. I was hoping to erect it over the tent (the tent has a 6.5 foot ceiling), but the included poles would not leave the fly high enough to not lay on the tent. I left the poles out and just draped the fly over my tent fly and it worked fine.It comes with 8 ropes; 2 are longer than the others for securing the poles. Also comes with 8 stakes, a pole bag, and a carrying bag for the entire set.

Some of the ropes for this were too short. Luckily I had a stockpile of ropes. It is large enough to cover a campground picknic table. It rained several days on our camping trip. Our table top and most of the seats stayed dry. We tied that middle eyes to a tent and suv. ( just make sure to untie it when moving the vehicle)

I bought this several months ago and just now opened it for the first time. It came zipped shut but there was no zipper handle, which means that once opened, it can never be closed. Worst of all, this product was used! Once I opened the zipper, the inside was filled with old dry grass and other debre. I'm really upset and want my money back!!!

Plan to use it in this weekend, it looks good but not too fancy. Since I don't wanna pay too much for those fun things, so far so good.

Great rainfly. The poles are a little tricky to extend but seem to work. i am skeptical of them in high winds.

I made it into a canopy for my RPod. It worked like a charm. I love it.
