It works like it's supposed too, it just takes a little longer for the mask to warm up. When I received my package, the masks were in unlabeled foil packets in the box. I thought I had gotten a fake product at first, but at this point I'm still not sure if it is. This is unscented and its heat is similar to the KAO masks.

I am an allied health student that has some very early morning reports to hospitals and late nights studying. When my eyes are so tired I can hardly keep them open I take a 15 minute break with one of these on and feel so revived! I makes studying much less of a fight with my eyes!!

Portable and great for travel. But they did not get warm enough. I felt that they may have been old.

Horrible product - what a waste.

Bought to help with the occasion migrane but after trying over them over a weekend I now can’t stop using them. This could become an expensive hobby but they feel just soooo good it’s totally worth it :)

They warm up to a lovely temperature and stay warm for ages. They do look like sanitary pads though as a used one fell out my bag at work and I got some funny looks!

These are lovely and relaxing. Will definitely buy more. Leave your eyes feeling very soothed.

its an okay product helps to relax you and stays warm for about an hour. but if you have dry eyes it does not get hot enough to be as effective as the masks you heat up!

This steam eye mask is comfortable, and not bad comparing with Kao's.
