A gin drinkers gin
This is one of several reviews I will be doing of various gins.I have something of a gin habit and rather geekily score gins for both g&t and martini on a spreadsheet (I mix 1:5 with a twist of lemon, well I don't mix it myself that's what husbands are for). I score out of ten and I give my go to gin (Bombay London) a 5 out of 10 to act as a baseline to judge against. We score more than once so I get an idea of how they taste over different times and occasions. Please remember these scores are personal and what I like you might not.So on to Plymouth Navy StrengthMartini 8/10 (for us this is an extremely high score)G&T 7/10We are big fans of Plymouth gin so were keen to try the navy strength. The G and T is nice and clean - it packs an extra punch with being 57% but tastes much the same as the standard Plymouth gin.For the martini we paired it with Noilly Pratt and is very clean and smooth and this is where can score over the standard gin as the flavour of the gin really comes through. Having said that I do find that it can be a little over powering but it is my husband's favourite martini by far. This is a great gin and a good addition to any collection.

Possibly one of thr best Navy strength gin's
Grab this bargain whilst it's on special. There are many artisan gin's out there, claiming this, claiming that but if you like a good dry gin, that is true to gin origins then you can't go far wrong. I find Navy strength brings more to the game, this and Portabello Road are classic examples of doing things well with no faff... Great with tonic, superb in a martini and even better in a Vesper Martini.. Shaken not stirred Miss Moneypenny

Might be my favorite
Not sure if this or Tarquins Seadog is my favourite, but since this is better value for money I shall stick with this. It's got proper gin flavour which stands out from some of the wishy washy 'premium' gins that are more about bull than flavour!

5 star Gin if you like delicate, lingering Juniper led flavour.
It doesn't have the brackish flavour of more 'arty' modern gins but does stay true to Juniper with a lingering soft and elegant flavour that can still cut through a curry.

Wow
This stuff is amazing! Gin pure and simple with a kick without being too harsh. I drank this with fevertree Mediterranean tonic and lots of ice. It was amazing. Great value too. I got this for £29 on here. Well worth it. If you like gin that tastes like gin then try this.
