I had a really complicated situation. I purchased an iPhone XR completely GSM unlocked to no carrier and my son went on his father's cell phone plan with T-Mobile. His father kicked him off his plan and I needed to add him to my AT&T plan. T-Mobile locked and blacklisted my son's phone; I contact T-Mobile several times asking them to allow me to show proof of purchase of my phone. I had no obligation to T-Mobile. Due to a protective order, I am unable to contact the account holder, his father, for T-Mobile to unlock it. I reached out to SLICK2BUY to see if they thought it would work. At this point, I purchased the unlocking sim anyways. SLICK2BUY came back to me and told me T-Mobile completely blacklisted it so they didn't think it would work. My son tried the sim last night, and it worked!!!! This product was a lifesaver. I was so upset that my son did not have his "pride and joy" and that it was just sitting around as a $1k paperweight. This kit was truly awesome, and we are extremely happy that it worked for our complicated situation. I have a phone that was given to me and was previously sprint activated but not unlocked due to a balance. I received the SIM and followed the directions that were provided both on the website and the inserted paper that came with the package. Once I was able to find the ICCID number in my settings I took the phone to a MetroPCS store to be activated with a $25 activation fee and it works perfectly. I am now using my iPhone 7 Plus with no problems.

Apple fixed did something to the unlock server and this is now patched but they still have this chip for sale.

I really thought this was going to be a gimmick but it works fantastically. I did follow the instructions at first and my phone wasn't accepting it so per their instructions I rebooted the phone and waited 2 minutes, after that it was smooth sailing. Phone unlocked and I can use it on any network. I don't know what kind of black magic this card is but it's a wonderful thing

If you go out there on the Internet or to a phone shop, you're likely going to pay $100 to unlock your phone, so @ under $20, you do the math. The instructions were straight forward and we followed it sequentially not believing something that simple would work; but a reboot after following the steps and Presto! phone unlocked and working.Had a few intermittent issues where phone would generate an invalid sim message after about 72 hours of working but a reboot fixed that.I've reported that to tech support, but other than that, take your phone off the big networks, find the smaller networks, pay $20 to unlock your phone - goodbye exorbitant phone prices and charges. Win win
